Gilbertsville, PA

UPDATE: Effective Monday, June 15, 2020 - The Paster Training team will return to the Gilbertsville office.

Paster Training, Inc.’s main priority is the safety of our customers, our team, and our instructors. We are closely monitoring the situation and making adjustments as necessary. Our headquarters in Gilbertsville, PA has put thorough cleaning and sanitizing practices in place.

Regarding Product Orders

Our warehouse has implemented enhanced safety measures, which include additional cleaning and sanitizing procedures. This may create delays in our ship times. Please allow 4-7 additional business days when placing orders.

Regarding Public Classes

We will be monitoring the situation and adjusting our classes on a week-by-week basis. If classes need to be cancelled, we will notify all students immediately via phone, email, and our website – www.CenzaSmart.com.

We are ensuring that the facilities we work with are taking precaution and implementing rigorous cleaning and sanitizing measures. Our public classes will continue to run as scheduled, however we will be waiving our rescheduling fees for the time being. Students that are showing any signs of illness or do not feel comfortable attending class can reschedule into another class at no cost. We will be holding all class credits for six months from the date of registration. Any students that reschedule will be asked to select a date that is at least two weeks from their original class date (ex: If your original class was March 15th, you can reschedule to any date after March 29th). Participants will be required to sign a waiver upon arriving to class.

Stay up to date on any adjustments we make by visiting our website or our social media pages – Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

We also offer online Food Safety Manager and PA RAMP Server/Seller training for students that would prefer to take their training online. More information on those courses is available on our website.

Regarding Private Classes

All private classes will run as scheduled unless notified by our team. If you need to get a private class rescheduled, please reach out to your class coordinator. Any rescheduled private classes should be rescheduled to a date that is at least two weeks from the original training date. All private class credits will be held for six months from original training date.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team. Our commitment to global public safety remains paramount.
